The real emotions of these two defy all practicality. Whether real or not, they follow the rituals with sincerity and genuineness which visible to whoever wants to see. Where are these two headed as a couple? To the altar or will things change?
In the Siddiqui Mansion, there is a real marriage that has happened but all under pretense, all emotions are fake. It is a game. Ayaan Ahmed Khan (Vikrant Massey) does not feel for his bride what he ought to but is going through the motions of being a caring and appreciative fiancé. What will happen when Ayaan finds out the coercion used by Razia Siddiqui (Alka Kaushal) to get him bound to her daughter Humeira Siddiqui (Ketki Kadam). Her real emotions will perhaps be crushed under the duplicity and fake demeanor of people around her especially her own mother. Where is this couple headed? Will Ayaan move away from Humeira or will a piece of paper keep him bound to her?
The story of Qubool Hai embroiled in mystery and twists that could perhaps boggle a mind. One could perhaps want to tell them enough already. Get married. Get real. Get to know the truth. But then the moments that are coming one’s way would perhaps want you to hold off a little longer. The push and pull of emotions that these character experience does tug at one’s heartstrings. One wants to experience romance and love, even if second-hand. The translation of their feelings on screen perhaps is visible in our lives in form our interactions with people around us.
