Syed Zafar Ali who is currently a part of Colors’ Sanskaar – Dharohar Apno Ki recently joined the cast of Zee TV’s Pavitra Rishta (Balaji Telefilms) and if sources are to be believed he will be instrumental in getting Archana out of coma.
As seen so far, Archana is in coma but recently there has been some improvement in her condition. She has started responding (eyes blinking) hence Manav (Hiten Tejwani) went ahead to call a well known doctor named Dr. Agarwal to look after her. However, he refused to take her case due to prior commitments.
Now, Syed is playing the role of Dr. Agarwal in the show. He is a well known doctor who has been practicing for a very long period of time in India as well as abroad.
If sources are to be believed Manav will not give up on Dr. Agarwal and try persuading him to treat Archana. And after a lot of convincing, he will finally agree.
As reported in the media, with Ankita Lokhande walking out of the show, Gautami Kapoor has been roped in to play the role of Archana henceforth.
When contacted Syed he confirmed his entry in the soap and said, “Yes, I am currently playing a doctor in Pavitra and I accepted the role as I found it very interesting. I have been associated with Balaji for a very long period and this time I am all kicked to work with them.”
